m_barberMichael Patrick Barber, Ph.D., Senior Fellow of the Principium Institute, has published numerous articles in academic journals (e.g., Journal of Biblical Literature; Journal for the Study of Paul and His Letters; etc.) and books on Scripture and Catholic Theology. His current project is, The Apostle Paul (Eerdmans, forthcoming), co-written with other Catholic scholars (including Brant Pitre and John Kincaid). He also recently contributed the Catholic perspective to Four Views on the Role of Works at the Final Judgment (Zondervan Academic, 2014), co-written by James D.G. Dunn et al. He received his Ph.D. from Fuller in Pasadena, CA, where he wrote a dissertation on Jesus and Jewish hopes for a new temple, which is currently being revised for publication. He is co-editor of “TheSacredPage.com,” a widely respected blog devoted to biblical studies and Catholic theology.
